Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Clader, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Clader”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of the Clader website and service at clader.ai. By creating an account or using Clader, you accept these terms. If you use Clader for an organization, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.

1. The service

Clader is an AI working environment for ideas, research, planning, writing and code. Clader coordinates a team of AI specialists for your projects and can work through services you connect, such as your own ChatGPT account through Codex.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Keep your sign-in methods secure and tell us promptly at founders@clader.ai if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity in your account.

3. Subscription and payment

Sending work to Clader requires an active subscription. The plan, its price and its included credits are described on the pricing page. Your subscription renews automatically each month and is charged to your payment method until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. Where checkout shows that your subscription is sold through Link, Stripe’s merchant-of-record service, Link handles the payment, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT at checkout, and appears on your statement as LINK.COM* CLADER. In every case Clader provides the service and remains responsible for it under these terms. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy. We will tell you before any price change takes effect for your subscription.

4. Credits

Credits measure the use of resources that Clader provides on your behalf. Credits have no cash value, are not your property, and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money. Model use through a service you connect with your own account is billed by that provider under your plan with them and does not spend Clader credits.

5. Connected services

Connecting a service is separate from signing in to Clader. Each connection has its own permissions, and the connected provider’s terms continue to apply to your use of it. You are responsible for having the right to connect each account and for complying with its terms. A connection is not blanket permission for every action.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to the material you provide and the results produced for you. You grant Clader the limited permission needed to host, process and transmit that material to provide the service to you, including sending it to the providers involved in your work. We do not use your content to train AI models. Only provide material you are authorized to use.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Clader to:

  • break the law or infringe the rights of others;
  • create malware, attack systems or gain unauthorized access to accounts or data;
  • send spam, deceive people or impersonate others;
  • evade a provider’s usage limits, share accounts or resell the service without permission;
  • interfere with the service or other customers’ use of it.

We may suspend work or accounts that put the service, its users or others at risk.

8. AI output and approvals

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Review important results and the scope of proposed actions before approving them. Messages, public publication, purchases and changes to account access require your authorization, including when broad autonomy is selected. You are responsible for how you use the results.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Clader available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or that a task will succeed. Features may change as the product improves. Keep your own copies of important work.

10. Ending the agreement

You may stop using Clader and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, with notice where reasonable. You may ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

Except as required by law, Clader is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Clader, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid Clader in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its date and, for material changes, notify you in advance. Continuing to use Clader after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
