Refund Policy

This policy describes cancellation and refunds for Clader subscriptions sold by Clader, LLC. It is part of the Terms of Service.

Cancel at any time

You can cancel your subscription at any time, including by emailing support@clader.ai. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your subscription and its included credits stay available until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Partial billing periods are not refunded. On a yearly plan, cancelling stops the next yearly renewal; your plan stays active and your monthly credits keep arriving until the end of the year you paid for.

Refund within 14 days

If none of the credits that came with your most recent charge have been used, you can ask for a full refund of that charge within 14 days of it. Model use through your own connected ChatGPT subscription does not use Clader credits, so it does not count as use; cloud and browser time does. We check your credit ledger before approving a refund. When we refund a charge, the subscription period and the credits that came with it end. On a yearly plan, this applies to the yearly charge: within 14 days of it, if none of the credits that arrived after that charge have been used, you can ask for a full refund of the yearly charge, and the yearly plan and its remaining monthly credits end. After 14 days, a yearly charge is not refunded.

Credit adjustments

A credit adjustment changes your credit balance. It is not a payment refund, and no money goes back to your payment method. Credits have no cash value. If Clader causes a task to fail, or Clader retries work because of a fault on our side, you are not charged credits for the part that failed or was retried; credits already taken for it are returned to your balance. Credits set aside for a task that you cancel or that finishes early are returned to your balance when the task's usage is settled, and you are charged only for what ran. If you think credits were used because of a Clader fault, email support@clader.ai from your account address with the project and the time it happened. To get money back for a charge, see the refund sections of this page; cancelling a subscription does not return credits, and a refund of a charge ends the credits that came with it.

Yearly plans

A yearly plan is billed once a year at the yearly price, and its credits arrive every month. During the year, you can't move a yearly plan up online, and a switch to a lower plan takes effect at your next yearly renewal.

EU and UK customers: 14-day withdrawal

If you live in the EU or UK, you can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing. By subscribing you ask us to start right away; if you withdraw within 14 days we refund your payment minus the share for the days you had access, and your remaining credits end. On a yearly plan, the share for the days you had access is counted against the full year you paid for.

Billing errors

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged in error, we refund the incorrect amount in full.

How to request a refund

Email support@clader.ai from your account address and include the date of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. If your subscription was sold through Link, you can also contact Link support (support.link.com) about a charge, and where Link’s refund terms give you a broader refund, they take precedence over this policy. Refunds include any tax you paid.

Your rights under local law

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection law of your country.
