Help and Support

Talk to a person

Email support@clader.ai. A person at Clader, LLC reads every message and replies by email. Write from your account address and tell us the project, what you did, what you expected and roughly when it happened. Never send a password, API key or other secret: we will never ask for one.

If you think your account was accessed

Email support@clader.ai from your account address right away. A person handles every account security report.

Incidents

The founders of Clader, LLC own incident response. When something goes wrong on our side, we first contain it: we stop the affected work, turn off the affected feature or provider connection, and shut down affected cloud computers. Then we restore service from your saved project files and the conversation history kept in our database. If an incident affects your account or your data, we tell you by email at your account address what happened and what we did. To report a problem you suspect, email support@clader.ai.

What keeps going and what does not

Each project works on its own cloud computer that Clader starts for you. Here is what that means for your work today.

When you close your laptop or the tab

Work you send runs on Clader’s servers, not on your device, so it keeps going. Open Clader again to see the results.

When a project is idle or its cloud computer is replaced

Clader saves a project’s files from time to time while it works. When Clader shuts a project’s cloud computer down on purpose, for example after it has been idle or to replace it, it saves the files first, and the next cloud computer starts with the last saved files. Programs that were running, such as a development server, stop and need to be started again.

When a cloud computer stops unexpectedly

The next cloud computer starts with the last saved files, so recent changes that were not saved yet can be lost. Your conversations, approvals and results are kept in our database and are not affected.

When Clader itself restarts

A reply being written at that moment can stop early. Messages you send while Clader restarts are sent automatically when it is back. Ask again to continue a reply that stopped.

When you cancel

Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After that, your projects, files and conversations stay in your account: you can still sign in, read them, stop work, and archive or delete projects. Starting new work needs an active subscription again. We delete your data only when you ask us to delete your account, as described in the Privacy Policy. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

Keep your own copies of important work, as the Terms of Service ask.
